Maya Wrap slings are available in a variety of beautiful 100% cotton hand-loomed fabrics. Hand loomed fabrics are cooler, more breathable than machine woven fabrics, and have just the right amount of give. Hand loomed fabrics are incredibly durable and extremely soft which eliminates the need for bulky padding or double layers of fabric that can overheat baby. Also, maya wrap fabric, while being very breathable for mom and baby’s comfort, has a heaviness about it that creates a nice drape in the tail and tends to be more wrinkle resistant than other cotton fabrics.

Most people wear medium. If you are a petite mama, you may prefer small so that the tail is not too long. If you are average size, but want Dad to be able to use it too, a medium may still work since he won’t need a long tail as a nursing cover. For larger mamas, you may prefer a large so that you have enough tail for safe and easy adjusting of your sling.
