Keep that baby carrier in like-new, re-saleable condition, in original packaging and unwashed and you may exchange or return it within 30 days of the purchase or within 30 days of the baby’s delivery (or home-coming). You may exchange it for a different size or color, apply the value toward the purchase of any product we sell, or you may have a full refund.
