We are generally available the following times (by appointment only): Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm
Saturday,  9am - 3pm
Hours are flexible, so ask about available appointments.

We sell in-stock slings.  (If you see an “Add to Cart” button, it is currently at our Lincoln shop.)
 
Expectant parents, now is the time to explore your options and find a baby sling.  You won’t have much time for anything after baby arrives!  You can always come back for a free follow-up consultation after baby arrives for help learning to use it or to exchange if needed.
 
Bring baby along.  Baby is an important part of all this.  New parents, bring your baby.  He or she needs to try on the slings as much as you do!  :)  (If baby is not yet born, we have a weighted doll that will give you a good idea of how a sling will work.)
 
If you already have a sling you’d like help with, bring it along.  Also, we happily suggest where to find slings we don’t carry and offer suggestions for finding used carriers and making your own.
 
Moms, dads, and babies, big brothers and sisters, expectant parents, grandparents, caregivers, and friends of new moms are all welcome!  
 
You should feel free to bring along your children. We have toys, and they are welcome to play while we talk and you and baby try on carriers.

When you purchase a baby carrier from The Sling Connection, you enjoy the service of a local shop.  Each sling comes with a complementary follow-up consultation.  We  encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity, especially if you purchased it before baby’s birth or if the sling was a gift.  Even if you don’t have any real problems with the sling, I may be able to show you how to wear it a little more securely or teach you a new carrying position.  Please don’t hesitate get in touch with us if you could use some one-on-one help making your sling work for you. . .  That is why we are here!
